Matt Faye

Matt has over 30 years of experience in design, marketing, identity, media production, and directing creative teams. Although Matt’s background was in a traditional graphic design and marketing, Gravitation’s focus on creative technical visual communications is a reflection of 11 years spent working specifically for healthcare, Pharma, and biomedical communications that solidified a passion for finding creative solutions for technical challenges. Matt has a love for effective storytelling and design, as well as a passion for understanding how things work.
Renee Hibbitt

Renee was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has been around art and design his whole life, his father also being in the arts. Renee graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Graphic Design and Printmaking. Renee is a founding member of Gravitation and focuses on design, production, and logistics.
Chris Bell

Chris has been a film and video producer for over 25 years. Originally a film production/producer from Los Angeles, Chris moved to the front range of Colorado and has owned and operated Advanced Media for 15 years. Chris brings an eye for photography and an ear for story, as well as a creative and efficient approach to video production. Chris will make it happen and share a cigar when it’s done.

John has been a Visual Artist and animator for CraneDigital, LLC located in Fort Collins, Colorado, for over 20 years. John has developed a particular expertise joining creative teams as liaison between engineering and marketing environments to provide expert, graphics support to marketing and public relations campaigns. A life-long education and training in the arts, combined with contemporary technical aptitude produces a unique skill set allowing translation of complex, technical information into easy-to-understand, targeted visuals – either still images or video productions.

Gregg is an instructional designer and course architect with over 10 years of experience working with Nike, Oakley, and others. Gregg’s passion is effective training and education. Gregg will ensure that your course structure, your delivery method, and your effort to impart knowledge to your audience is as effective as it can be. He will tell you what key ingredients are absolutely necessary for affecting behavior, and he won’t be shy about telling you if you don’t have them.
